The youth ambassador and newly inducted ECOWAS hall of Fame 2021, Honorable Sulaimon Lekan Gadaff has commend Amb. Ibrahim Kaleh Jimoh for the massive distribution of free sandals championed by Project Shoe Indigent Pupils-SIP has today reached the final lap of 2021 edition. The initiative, which is aim at providing free sandals to children of average parents schooling in public schools across the three senatorial districts in Kwara State.
It should be recalled that the second edition of the free sandals distribution kick-started at Community LGEA School, Ijara Isin (Kwara South); BLGEA School, Yashikira, Baruten Local Government (Kwara North); ST Michael ‘B’ C&S LGEA School, Taiwo Area, Ilorin and Ajagusi Primary School, Asa (Kwara Central).
However, ProjectSIP has received applauds from traditional rulers, well-meaning individuals and educational authorities across Kwara state.
Faces at the grand finale are Director of Publicity, ProjectSIP, Shafihi Abdulrasheed Oladimeji; Engineer Abubakar from Ilorin South; Comrade Kamaldeen; Headmistress Ajagusi LGEA School, Mrs. Adepoju Ajibike among others.
The son of the soil from Ajagusi, Afon constituency was honored with the sandal in his home town for his children as the facilitator. He advices the organizers to continue with the great job and he will forever continue to support any student or youth development project.
